Digital Transformation of Exports: Export Credit Agency of Kazakhstan Showcases IT Solutions at Demo Day

At the Export Credit Agency of Kazakhstan JSC (a subsidiary of the Baiterek National Managing Holding), a Demo Day was held dedicated to the implementation of innovative digital tools and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in the field of non-commodity export support.

The event was organized as part of the implementation of the unified Digitalization Strategy of the Baiterek Holding Group for 2024–2026. The platform brought together the Holding’s management, IT specialists from subsidiary organizations, industry experts, and strategists.

The main theme of the meeting was the integration of traditional financial and insurance instruments with advanced technologies. Participants noted that data-driven digital systems minimize the human factor, ensure transparency, and significantly increase the speed of decision-making.

Special attention was given to key projects aimed at automating business processes and supporting domestic exporters.

  • Exporter’s Personal Account. The entire cycle — from submitting an application to document exchange — has been transferred online. Approximately 150 enterprises are already using the platform.
  • Exporters Showcase. A global marketplace for Made in Kazakhstan products. The structured catalog allows foreign buyers to find the required product in five clicks. The platform currently features more than 220 product items from 64 companies operating in agriculture, metallurgy, chemicals, and mechanical engineering.
  • AI in BPM Systems. Artificial intelligence has been integrated into business process management to analyze large data sets and optimize the agency’s internal regulations.
  • BLink. An AI-based meeting protocol system. The service transcribes negotiations in real time, identifies key tasks, and generates ready-to-use meeting minutes, saving employees’ time.

The solutions presented by the Export Credit Agency of Kazakhstan are part of the large-scale transformation of the Baiterek Holding. The implementation of cloud services and AI tools creates a direct impulse for the development of non-commodity exports and strengthens the country’s digital infrastructure.

“The presented services will be further improved taking into account feedback from the business community. Our goal is to create a unified digital ecosystem that will not only increase the efficiency of our services but also significantly strengthen the competitiveness of Kazakhstani products in global markets,” representatives of the Agency emphasized.

Following the event, it was noted that similar Demo Days will become a regular practice for the Holding’s subsidiary organizations starting from 2026. This will allow the replication of the best IT practices and ensure sustainable technological development across the entire Baiterek Group.
